Discovery Cruise Line Starts Florida Casino Cruise
Discovery Cruise line has a new three day, two-night special package starting from $299.99 for each person, double occupancy including one night on Grand Bahama Island, another night at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Discovery Plus service on the roundtrip Discovery cruise to Grand Bahama.
Discovery Plus service includes priority embarkation and debarkation, transfers to the hotel on island, a private lounge on board, and seven-course dining at the Grand Bahama Grill on the trip home.
Accommodations on the Island are either at The Westin at Lucaya or at Pelican Bay Suites at Lucaya that are both neighboring the Isle of Capri Casino.
Hanns J. Hahn, general manager of Discovery, said that this package was designed for the Florida driven market to introduce visitors to three special experiences, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, an excellent resort on Grand Bahama, and the New Discovery Plus Service on Discovery.
"In addition, passengers have the opportunity to play at three exciting casinos during their trip. There's Discovery's Las Vegas-style casino, the Isle of Capri Casino on Grand Bahama, and the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood. That's quite a deal for only $299.99 a person," Mr. Hahn said.
Included on the roundtrip cruise on Discovery are, three lavish buffet meals on board, games, entertainment, a swimming pool, spacious sun decks, lounges and a Las Vegas-style casino with slots, blackjack, roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and much more.
Every day Discovery sails to Grand Bahama Island from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale with a 7:45 am departure time and returning at 10 pm. Discovery offers same day roundtrip party cruises as well as cruise and stay vacation packages at most of the island's hotels.
